Istanbul Intercontinetal Eurasia Marathon

Just found out that I will be in Istanbul for work at the weekend when the Intercontinetal Eurasia Marathon and 15k race is on which runs across the Bosporus!

Given that it is the week before New York, I will be going for the shorter distance.

Easy cycle to loosen up legs. Second half in the rain. Puncture at half way point, which didn't help...
