Bangor 10km - 1:01:48 [Results] [Google Earth KML File]

Two atrial flutter episodes at 3km and 5.5km, respectively (approximately 5 minutes each with peaks of 235 bpm according to HRM). Worst timing possible. Very depressing. Not quite sure whether to run next week...

Not that it matters, but km1=4:45, km2=4:43 and km3=4:50.

Quite a nice race if the long uphill stretches at 6 and 12 miles wouldn't be. Was a bit tough towards the end, but ok. Got a bit sick afterwards.

Second 20 miler with less problems than first one. Left hamstring still not ok. Watch / GPS died!

Very big race with 5,000 runners. Terrible time; just wasn't a good day. GPS didn't work either...
