Things you do to keep the kids happy... First time in probably 20 years. Still able to get round the rink a couple of times without landing on the ice.

    Treadmill ECG

    Bruce Protocol: 16 minutes 24 seconds, workload 19.4 METS. Apparently got pretty far before a short, but useful atrial flutter occurred (250 bpm). Result!
