3km Warm-up
7 Yasso 800s - 3:35/ 3:38 / 3:34 / 3:31 / 3:33 / 3:32 / 3:23 -> 3:32
3 km Cool-down
Another Yasso session which was slower than last week. Didn't feel 100%, so ok.
