10 Yasso 800s - 3:28/ 3:33 / 3:31 / 3:28 / 3:28 / 3:31 / 3:33 / 3:29 / 3:33 / 3:28 -> 3:30
10 min Cool-down
10 Yassos for the first time on the track, bang on target. This was tough; legs got very tired towards the end.
