Right calf hasn't improved at all, so I decided to go out for a spin instead. First time on the bike in almost a year. Hilly and windy all the way and quite tough towards the end but very enjoyable.
Home - Saintfield - Temple -Lisburn - Hillsborough - Annahilt - Ballynahinch - Home

dafür, dass es der erste radtrip war mit ledierter wade, bei wind und bergen ist doch einknapp 25er-schnitt hervorragend - spitze
