Wow. After 3 days and half a dozen of pain killers to get the neck sorted, this was tough! Started to rain after 20km which didn't help, but was ok in the end. A nice pint of Guninness tonight!
Sore neck
Woke up with very stiff neck which got worse during the day. Been to the chiro in the evening whose comment was "what a mess...". He improved things slightly and I have since been treating it with ice. Let's see... pain in the neck...
