Easy run on rolling hills around Waterford. Legs still a bit heavy.

First run over 30km. Speed was (too) good until I blew up at 25k. Managed to get back ok, but got very sick (I'll spare details) about half an hour after the run. Might have been the gel I took for the first time, or the speed or the fact that it was 25 dgrees.

Nice 12.5m "swimming" pool in some hotel in Cumbria. Steam room made up for it.

First good run in weeks. The first mile has been changed and a stupid loop introduced which is not only steep, but also adds 200m to the first mile... My stopped time was 15 seconds faster.

Easy ride round Lisburn triathlon course.

Tanita BC545

Treated myself to the new Tanita BC545 Body fat analysis with segmental measurement and visceral fat indicator. Being a sucker for that sort of thing, this is a very impressive piece of kit.

First proper run in a week. Groin still a bit sore, but much better. Very wet. Again!

Easy bike ride to get the legs going. Very windy.

First jog after the operation. Leg still a bit sore and itchy, but generally no problems.

Moderate / fast run in very, very wet conditions. Tried to get some miles in before the op tomorrow.
