First half on my own (hilly), second half with U&R (undulating). AF (240bpm max, approx. 8 minutes) at 5 miles after steep hill.

Hardly worth the effort. My eyes went blurred after 5km, so I had to abandon the run early. Looks like the week is catching up on me...

Good run in the Fatherland. Moderate speed, undulating terrain mostly on forrest ground. Ran in shorts and t-shirt since it was 15 degrees. In January!
